These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website www.studiowitzenhausen.com and any services or digital products provided by Studio Witzenhausen ("we", "us", or "our"), including the HAUS of AI education brand.

By using this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the website or buy our products.

1. Who we are

Studio Witzenhausen is a creative direction and AI production studio based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. We work with clients on visual production, and through HAUS of AI we sell online courses and 1:1 training for people learning to create AI visuals.

Where these Terms mention "the course" or "digital products", this refers to HAUS of AI courses and any downloadable or online-access material we sell.

2. Use of this website

The content on this website is provided for general information about our work and services.

By using the website, you agree to:

  • Use it only for lawful purposes

  • Not misuse it or interfere with how it runs

  • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it

We may change or remove website content at any time without notice.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our products is the intellectual property of Studio Witzenhausen unless stated otherwise. This includes:

  • Text and written content

  • Images, graphics, and visual work

  • Branding, logos, and design

  • Website layout and design

  • Course videos, lessons, materials, and any downloadable resources

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or modify any of our content without our written permission. Course materials are covered separately under section 5.

4. Client services (Studio Witzenhausen)

Information about our studio services on this website is for general guidance and is not a binding offer.

Any client work we take on is agreed separately, in a written proposal or contract that sets out the scope, timeline, deliverables, and price for that specific project. Those project terms sit alongside these Terms.

5. Courses and digital products (HAUS of AI)

5.1 Purchase and access

When you buy a HAUS of AI course, you get access to the course materials as described at the point of sale. Access is personal to you.

5.2 Licence to use course materials

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to view and use the course materials for your own learning. You may not:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute the materials

  • Give your login or access to anyone else

  • Copy, record, or reproduce the lessons or resources for others

  • Use the materials to build or sell a competing course

The course content remains our intellectual property at all times.

5.3 Right of withdrawal and refunds

Under EU and Dutch consumer law, consumers normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase.

For our digital courses, you get immediate access to the materials on purchase. By buying and accessing the course, you expressly agree that we begin delivering the digital content straight away, and you acknowledge that you therefore lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access has been granted.

Because of this, and because course access cannot be returned once given, all course sales are final and we do not offer refunds once you have accessed the materials.

If you have a problem with your purchase, such as not being able to access what you paid for, contact us at info@studiowitzenhausen.com and we will put it right.

5.4 1:1 AI training sessions

1:1 training sessions are booked and paid for separately. Specific terms, including scheduling, rescheduling, deposits, and cancellation, are agreed with you at the time of booking. Where a session is delivered in person, any travel arrangements are confirmed in writing before the booking is final.

6. Payment

Prices are shown at the point of purchase and are payable in full before access or work begins, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Payments are handled through our third-party payment provider, and by paying you also accept that provider's terms.

7. External links

This website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and we encourage you to read their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Limitation of liability

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but we make no guarantees about its completeness or reliability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Witzenhausen will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from:

  • Use of this website

  • Reliance on information provided here

  • Temporary unavailability of the website

  • The results you do or do not achieve from applying course material

Our courses and training teach a creative process. We cannot guarantee any particular outcome, income, or result, as that depends on your own work and circumstances.

9. Website availability

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors or interruptions. We may suspend, update, or change it at any time.

10. Privacy

Your use of this website and our products is also covered by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates are posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Amsterdam. Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer rights you have under Dutch or EU law that cannot be waived by agreement.
